How I can support you
Strategy work is a collaborative process in which implementation always marks the beginning of a new learning curve. Changes to processes, structures and the culture of the organisation are at the heart of my strategy consulting. However, I am primarily concerned with one thing: people.
On the path to a future-oriented and sustainably successful organisation, I support boards of directors and trustees as well as management teams in the following areas.

Future Foresight
You want to anticipate market changes before they put pressure on your business model. To do this, you are planning a future process and need methodological support.
I can help you transform uncertainty into calculable scenarios and strategic opportunities.

Strategy
You are planning a strategic realignment of your organisation and need an outside perspective when prioritising strategic measures – strategic divestment planning is also part of this.
I will support you on your path to success with both my specialist knowledge and methodological expertise.

Transformation
Based on new strategic directions, you are planning a major transformation process in your organisation. I can assist you with planning, management and implementation.
In addition to methodological consulting, I am also skilled in providing communication support for large-scale transformation projects.

Leadership
As members of the board of directors or senior management, you exemplify your organisation’s understanding of leadership. You want to present a more united front and make new leadership tangible in everyday life.
This includes promoting personal responsibility and introducing self-organisation. I can advise you and your teams on both of these areas.

Team culture
Trust, psychological security and appreciation are crucial factors for successful organisations. Investing in corporate culture pays off in the long term.
As a facilitator of team processes, I help you establish a leadership culture that maximises personal responsibility and minimises friction losses in strategy implementation.

Agility
Not only knowing agile principles in theory, but also living and working by them: as a systemic strategy consultant, I increase the adaptability of your organisation.
Together, we create structures that respond more quickly to market impulses and bring innovations to market more efficiently. I also support you in setting up an agile portfolio of offerings as a strategic management tool.
More clarity for your strategy
Are you planning a strategic realignment of your organisation? Do you want to identify trends and be prepared for future developments? I would be happy to support you and your organisation in developing and implementing these plans.
