About me

My expertise was built up during more than 13 years of work experience in the media industry. From start-ups to large companies, I have always been a bridge builder between content and technology – prior to my role as an independent consultant, as a digital strategist at Swiss Radio and Television with several years of experience in project management and strategy development.

To me, agility and customer orientation are not just modern buzzwords, but have been an important part of my work for years. Learn more about my understanding of innovation and agile product development here.

As a consultant, coach and lecturer, I am committed to lifelong learning – shaped by my own training at the d.school of the Hasso Plattner Institute and at Hyper Island.

Regular feedback and self-reflection are close to my heart. Stress resistance, empathy and teamwork are skills I learned in both journalism and medicine.

For around 9 years, I was able to make a significant contribution on the front line to the digital transformation of Swiss radio and television as an editor, community manager, head of the SRF News Lab and digital strategist. During this time, I was involved in the development of the company’s digital and social media strategy, as well as in the conception and launch of various digital offerings. As part of the digital strategy team, I also developed new steering processes for strategic offer and product development and launched new processes within editorial teams to strengthen the digital mindset.

I gained valuable experience in dealing with psychological and physical emergency situations during several civilian service assignments in the health sector, including two hospital emergency units. I was able to experience stress resistance, teamwork and empathy at first hand in all of these assignments, both during the day and at night.

For years, I have been a strong advocate for education and training within the media industry and beyond. I have been able to pass on my knowledge in the area of digital transformation in numerous talks and workshops in Switzerland but also beyond the country’s borders.
